We offer AgriSeta accredited training service to the smallholder farmers
We provide qualified and experience facilitators for various agricultural training programmes on Plant/Animal Production and Mixed Farming Systems.
The company has been offering assessment and moderation services to various AgriSETA accredited companies for the past 6 years. We offer these services on Animal & Plant Production, Mixed farming Systems NQF Level 1-4. We have a pool of qualified and experienced assessors and moderators that are accredited with the AgriSETA.
-We assist with the placement of the graduates on various practical trainning sites
-Facilitate the student on various farms for placement on internship and experiential training
- We host minimum of 2 Farmers Information Day in our production facilities
- Our aim is to create information sharing platform amongst the smallholder farmers .
We breed the indigenous chickens such as Boschvelders, Potch Koekoek, Black Austrolop and Sussex. On the farm we also sell their Day Old Chicks and fertile eggs to those that wants to buy them.

Mr. Mhlobo Mbane (Programme Manager) is holding a National Diploma in Agricultural Management majoring on financial management, extension service and crop production. He obtained his qualification in the year 2002 from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. For the past 13 years, he has been working as rural development project as development project facilitator. He is a qualified and registered training assessor and moderator since 2007. He has managed the Animal and Crop Production learnership programmes for various companies as a consultant. Mhlobo Mbane is the director and founder of VEGADO. He has an experience of working in the agricultural sector and this includes the farmer support and skills development. He worked as a consultant under his company for more than 13 years offering project management expertise. He has won several awards, NERPO Entrepreneurship of the year 2009, Eskom Business Investment Competition in 2010 and 2017 respectively.
